I have a 94 Mercury Marine Sport Jet 90 hp. Where might I find replacement impellers since Mercury does not support that?

Welcome Aboard @Pat Spaulding. I moved your thread to General Discussion where it should get more attention.

Try bam or bamms marine in Florida. I got an impeller from them for my mercury 240 hp sport jet many years ago, mercury only made one with a different pitch range than stock at the time. Impros in Colton, Ca and sbt (small block technologies) are other possible sources.

Be forewarned, the impeller removal tool for my sport jet was a an oversized deep socket and it cost about $60. Couldn't use a box wrench because of way the set up was configured.

Another aftermarket part to consider would be a different intake grate the standard one has 7 times and the (anti) rock grate about 13.
