So I am in the process of upgrading the audio system in my boat. I purchased a JL Audio 6 channel amp, polk MM652 speakers, JL 10" sub. My question is with only 4 RCA's on the back of the stock of the HU , how do I wire and power the speakers and the sub with a 6 channel amp and only 4 RCA's? Sorry if this has been covered multiple times.

Get a Y splitter. You can then use 2 sets of RCA cables to which ever preouts you want to run. Keep in mind fade if you are using that on your head unit.

I would just run one set for interior speakers and one set for sub. Your amp should have an option to run 4 channels off RCA input 1 & 2. This is what I do with 8 channels in mine.
