That is Windfinder. I personally like Sail Flow better but both are prettt good. Another one that good is Modern Seaweed, but that is more for local surf by the beach.

I use Wind Finder, Buoyweather, Sailflow, Passage Weather and NOAA. Wind finder is easiest for a quick idea of what's happening...
