Anna Marie Island

I am headed to Anna Marie island in 10 days. We decided to take to boat. It's been a long time since I have been in the area. Any good suggestions of places to visit? We are planning Eggmont Key. What else. We will have several kids along. Thx

I have never been there or heard of it, but it's funny I see it on here as a friend of mine just drove from Kansas to there for vacation and got there today....they aren't boaters so I doubt I could get much useful info out of them.

It's near Bradenton. Just south of Tampa but north of Longboat Key and Sarasota.

The best restaraunt IMHO was Anna Maria Oyster Bar. They had the best calimari I have ever had. Teir grouper digger was awesome too.
