I've had the boat uncovered a lot in the last week with a plenty of rain and washing. I noticed a small amount of water collecting in the black plastic tray that holds the ECU and fuse box. I pulled the unused anchor light pole socket and found ZERO sealant from the factory. Come on Yamaha!!! Such a simple thing to do to improve the quality of your boats. A few cents of silicone and 2 minutes and now I no longer have water leaking into my electronics.

Well at least their consistent. I've had several leaks with my new 2019 210. Matter of fact I thought I had fixed them all when I noticed everything was wet again the one of the storage lockers. Sprayed the area down with a hose to find water running in from around the rod holder. Once removed, yep absolutely no sealant. Really can't figure yamaha and the lack of sealant.
