I'm considering installing one. Just curious if anybody else has done this and where you mounted it
 
I need to measure but I'd like to see if I can mount one where the stock remote is
 
Should be doable. Anything to give you reassurance is always good! I like multiple batteries myself. Gives me a "just in case".
 
Curiosity and yeah i like it. I also don't like having all those pointless buttons on my dash. I moved my remote in front of the throttles
 
I have a dual battery set up with a selector toggle and digital display just above the throttles. I'll take a picture and post later
