traveling a long distance? I am worried about the cover rubbing wear spots in the vinyl.
 
Has he a vinyl wrap so it’s a bit different concerns than standard towing with a cover in for long distances. OP, you may want to message @DavisAR195 as he had a vinyl wrap on his 195 before he traded it in. I’m not sure if he is still active on here or not but it’s worth a shot.

One thing I’ve seen some guys do is use clear plastic cling wrapping around their boat where the cover will be touching. You can get big rolls of it online.
 
Thank you for the search suggestions. I have already searched and have actually seen these threads.

As haknslash mentioned, I am addressing a specific topic. My boat has a custom vinyl wrap, and I do not want the cover to damage it while towing. I will try to reach out to davisar195... (I am interested in this clear protective wrap.)
 
I had no issues towing to Ft Lauderdale from Nashville last year with my wrap.
