I have a 2013 AR192 and the last 6" of carpet at the rear in front of the engine compartment gets wet each time we take the boat out even with the bilge pump on and whether anyone has gotten in the water or not. The engine compartment itself is typically dry. Wondering if this is normal or if anyone has had the same experience and where this water could be coming from. Thanks!

The flapper on the scupper valve is probably gone and when the boat come to a stop, there is enough water pressure to push water up the tube into the main compartment.

The flapper is still in place, but if damaged and I do need to replace, any idea on how to access the backside of the scupper from inside the hull on an AR192?

Do a quick search here for scupper replacement. There were a number of years where the scuppers were underwater and would go bad (thus flooding the boat pretty badly). So replacement was very popular.

Usually you pull off the plate back by the cleanout port to access the bilge and then have to reach waaaaay down there to loosen the nut. A real pain. But if you do that search, you will probably find specifics on your model and year, photos, etc.
