AR195 diagnostics kit

Hi, anybody knows good diagnostics kit for this boat ? Yamaha AR195 2023 year

Strange problem with a new boat. After a long trip on the water and standing at anchor for several hours, the boat stops starting. It tries to start, but does not start.We checked the spark plugs, fuel supply - everything works, but for some reason the boat does not start, it seems that some kind of protection mode has turned on. The emergency check is on and works properly.

If the boat cranks over, but does not start, it could be the clean out hatch kill switches are not adjusted properly.

nope it’s not it, we tested if the clean out hatch not closed, no attempt to start. complete silence
while now my starter is turning, but the engine won't start
