I am planning to do some tubing with my AR210 this weekend. I know the manual said not to tie off from the wakeboard tower, but lack of mentioning where to tie off the tube. I've seen people tie it to the back of the handle (see the red circle in the picture). Is that proper or is it going to damage something.

I suppose if you want to reduce the chances of the tube going airborne, you'd want to tie to the handle, not to the tower. When I had an AR210, we'd tie to the tower for wakeboarding (and therefore jumping), but we'd tie to the handle for kneeboarding (and therefore staying on the water, not jumping).

That handle is designed so that you take the loop of the tow rope, go over the top of the handle, and then tuck the loop onto the peg that's on the underside of the handle.
