I notice when I'm at the lowest forward throttle position, only one cooling port is peeing (the one closest to the stern). When I apply a little forward power both pee. Even in no-wake mode only one will pee. Is this normal? no overheating lights come on....

Any insight would be helpful. The service nor owner manual provide the answer.

That is normal the pee holes are just indicators not primary water flow. The front two are off the exhaust and the aft two are off the thermostat, of course one for each engine.

Here is a very good video that one the members created,

Let me re-state my concern. Each engine has individual cooling with a dedicated water stream as an indicator. I only see the starboard engine water stream, and not the port engine's water stream at lowest throttle.

I watched the video and it doesn't say we should only see one water port pissing water at low speeds.

Maybe the port engine is farther away and doesn't have the pressure required to see water coming out the port until a little more pressure is provide (hence more throttle)

thoughts?

I would venture to say it is odd you have ANY water coming out at idle RPM on either engine indicator. But it is true that the port side always will be less than the starboard due to the length of hose. It is easier for the water to just flow down and out the transom thru hull.

You won't get them all at low throttle settings. I would sometimes get one at idle/rinsing but I checked for them all when on-plane.
