Audio questions and upgrades for 195 open

Good morning
After going out yesterday myself and the wife are kinda looking into what we can get to upgrade the audio.
what are the stock kicker models? From a 17 195 open?
Without going to crazy with the top jl or wet sounds what does everyone like?
Chime in with your setup and how you like it!

Not sure for the open, but the 195 ID uses the 6.5" 45KM604WL (blue only) or 45KM654L (multiple colors). The 8" speakers (for the tower) are 45KM84L. The tower enclosures for the 6 and 8" are, respectively, 12KMTES and 43KMTES8B.

So far we're OK with the sound system, but it really isn't the greatest when running WOT. We find we use the stereo the most when anchored. We took the boat to the Michigan dunes and having the stern pointed at the shore allowed us to enjoy the tunes while we were on the beach (especially with the transom-mounted speakers on). But, it'd be nice to have a bit more volume so I'm looking at adding the 8" speakers to my tower. This is approx. a $780 upgrade through scarab. If you piece it together at Kicker, it comes out to around $550. You'll save an additional $100 if you purchase them on Amazon.
