Earlier in the week I made Chicken Cacciatore and there were leftovers. As one who does not like to waste food the remaining chicken was pulled from the bone and mixed in with the sauce. It was then used to make baked eggs with capers and roast potatoes. I baked it at 425 degrees for about 7 minutes. If you decide to make the time baked may vary based on your desire on how you like your eggs.
