Everyone wants the best boat performance possible. But what is that?

The stock impellers were designed and picked by BRP to balance many different aspects of boating. Trying to achieve top speed, fuel economy, hole shot, etc.

You want a better impeller? I'm sure they make it. But don't kid yourself into thinking the engineers didn't think of this. It's a choice. Improve one aspect and you're sacrificing something else.

With that being said, some do tons of water skiing, maybe hole shot is critical in that case. Fine, enjoy! But something was lost to do that.

Living at higher elevations? Now there's a good reason to pick a different impeller. Your engine produces less HP because of less dense air. It's possible to change the pitch of the impeller to adjust your RPM and try and compensate for this.

Any company that claims to improve on all aspects of the stock impellers is highly unlikely. I mean, there are smart people and companies out there, but they likely made a trade off or they are overselling their product.
