Fix it yourself! THis is above the water line, and no biggie. iBoats sells Spectrum OEM gelcoat kits - buy a 2oz. paste kit, will need the boat model and hull ID numbers for them to figure out the part number for the kit.
There are great threads with details for step by step.

Sorry it happened; but it is small and something you can fix. If I had done that, I would mix up some epoxy with chopped glass fibers and fill it in to just below surface. Clean up/ smooth with Dremel if needed then apply gel coat and wet sand smooth. I don’t know if you can still get those graphics (I removed mine from 06); but if so, you could almost reinstall a half inch aft and just cover it up when filled or go custom with something new on both sides.

Most definitely a DIY job! In addition to the info provided above there are dozens of how-to gelcoat repair videos on the internet. I would probably just get rid of the decals and then give the boat a good polishing while I had the buffing tools and compounds out.
