Just bought a Blackstone. Anyone have any tips?
I am a charcoal person so probably will only use it for breakfast, vegetables, hibachi, etc.

I am down the YouTube rabbit hole already.

YouTube is your friend. Street tacos. Smash burgers. Fish. Chicken. Soooo much stuff

Hibachi is great , I’ve got it down to a science after some trial and error.
I like burgers on it , plus you have the room for bacon, grilled onions, fried egg all in 1 setup.

Bacon is perfect on the Blackstone.

Do you use any of the kits (breakfast set, burger set, etc) or not needed?

I don’t . I have a bag of griddle tools and gadgets is all. And tabbius is correct on bacon being perfect , keeps the mess off the stove.
