on the ECU there is a fuse box with a 3" round cover. Inside is a 20amp fuse that likely goes to the battery, starter and or regulator/rectifier. Mine keeps blowing and I'm searching for why. Here's the part that confuses me. It only blows when the boat is not in use. I take it out of the water and then start it up and flush and shut it down. Before leaving I check and the fuse is fine. I come back the next morning and it's blown! Any ideas? I disconnected the battery today so I'll see if that helps.

Do you have a battery charger hooked up?
