Clarion M502. yesterday we were listening to music for a few hours and suddenly it stopped playing and gave an error. Then it went to the radio. Now it will say "connected" on both the stereo and phone but won't play music. I tried disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes but now my phone won't connect at all. Has this happened to anyone? Anyone have a clean M502?

I disconnected the glove box USB outlet from the stereo and bluetooth started to work. Plugged it back in and everything works. I think the problem started when someone plugged into there because it's always been kind of finicky. I found a cheaper replacement on amazon vs the dealer. It looks like the same thing. Also ordered a 3.5mm aux cable so that way if I have music redundancy if bluetooth fails again. It kills the mood quick when theres no music lol
