. Dealer near me wants 30k for a 15 ar190 for 30k lolol

As Jim mentioned, where is home? Around us, dealers are clearing out brand new 195 models for $37K. Not that $37K is in your budget, but 9 year old AR190's should be half what that dealer is asking based on what new is selling for.

I hopped on FB marketplace last night for giggles and just searched for "Yamaha Boat" and filtered it to under $20K, we had piles within 250 miles of central MN. From 190 class boats to 210's and 230's of the older generation. But still four stroke.
