There is some basic knowledge and experience gained. I didnt buy any books and I was clueless. I find help and info on this site as well as googling. The manuals for stuff you purchase help too.

After confidence gained on this site I actually rebuilt my entire hot tub. Plumbing and electrical.

I have successfully added mods to my boat, dual battery, shore power etc.

Bit by all means if the books help....let us know...I'm always up for more knowledge.

I just finished reading Agenda 21: Into the Shadows (a sequel to Agenda 21) and highly recommend them both.

Patiently awaiting the arrival of Brad Thor's new thriller: Foreign Agent. I'll be sure to let you know how that goes. :winkingthumbsup"
