Both cleanout tube plugs stuck

Agree with the leaving-them-in-while-wet-causes-swelling-leading-to-stuck-plugs theories as described in different ways above. Twice I have had some difficulty with sticky or stuck plugs. Both times were immediately after a week+ on the buoy without pulling plugs between runs.

I will get rebuild kits and pull plugs every time moving forward.
