Brother needs someone to check on a boat in NY

My brother in law is looking at a boat in Mamaroneck, NY and would really like someone to lay eyes on it for him before he goes out there with cash.
Would anyone be willing to look and make sure it exists and is in decent condition for him? Final inspection and test driving would of course be up to him, but he would feel much more sure of the whole thing if someone laid eyes on the boat once for him!

Mamaroneck is about 25 minutes from work.
Not too many Nautiques down those parts as Mamaroneck is on the sound.
If I get some time this week, I wouldn't mind taking a peek for him.
I should be able to scoot out for a bit on Thursday.

When I bought mine sight unseen I paid a marine surveyor to look at it, he sent be back a 8 page report and made me really comfortable buying it.
