After trying every half assed Velcro/suction cup gimmick out there I finally just got what I knew would work. Not cheap... Not easy , but man are they slick and work like a charm. image.jpeg

those are awesome. I am starting to see some top tier boats offer them as standard now. Excellent upgrade!!!
 
@Gonrcng nicely done. I went with the 1/2" Phender Pro from Overton's , I wanted something a little beefer than the Taco for my larger boat.

The Taco's are larger than phender. Tacos use a 3/4" receiver.

Not totally correct. The phender pro post going into the receiver is 1/2" which is larger than the Tacos post. I'm pretty sure the phender pro receiver is wider than the 3/4" Taco but I can find any dimensions online so I will have to measure mine once I get home.
