Hole punch for things like leather.

What does either end look like. It looks similar to the hole cutters we use on sunbrella and vinyl. The ones we use connect to a drill.
That may be a punch as Luc said.

Wow four minutes, not long at all.
It’s a punch that jet boat pilot sent me with my first order of swim deck cushions for my 2006 Sx 230. I used it to put holes / mounting points in the hydro deck. Once the hole was made I put a snap in it to hold the cushion down. Here is a better pic.
