Not sure if any of you are as dumb as I am to buy salvage boats, but I found this on my usual salvage site haunt (copart.com) and figured I'd pass it along. What is unusual is that this appears to be just a "normal wear" boat and not a salvage (though the top part of the tower is curiously absent). I think I've seen this out in Long Beach harbor, as I noticed the locations of the upper tower mounts when I saw it towerless (if indeed it is the same one, it was packed with, um, persons of Hispanic origin) - so it may have salt water use and its anyone's guess on maintenance. I sure am tempted to pick it up, throw it on my galvanized, modified tongue trailer and have the benefit of "no wake mode" and dual throttles and at least the foundation for a tower, but I know my better half would kill me . . . . Hopefully someone here in the southwest (with some mechanical ability) can scoop this up for a good deal!

From the HIN, it looks like a theft recovery (stolen 7/2015). Come to think of it, I've seen the top part of a Yamaha tower for sale out in AZ on Craigslist and I thought that was very odd - perhaps someone has some 'splaining to do . . . . Maybe someone knows who this belonged to and we could get a full history, and someone could score a good deal!

Yea I was looking at it and thinkn i could sale mine and get one of years newer with the ho motors curious what shipping would be
