Clarion buttons not working

I have a 2014 242 LS and the Clarion head unit is not working properly. It powers on end everything seems ok but none of the buttons work. I can control everyhtign form the rear remote but not from the actual head unit. Seems like it is locked out or something. Anybody have any advice?
 
I have a 2015 and mine is glitchy all the time. Sometimes won’t turn on or off and sometimes twist volume know and it changes radio station pre sets instead of volume. Just randomly works when it wants to. Good luck with yours.
 
I have a 2013 and I think my Clarion has quit working too. I had a hard time turning it on this summer and now it doesn't seem to play any music at all.
