We locked down our clean our on our 21 195s last Sunday before leaving on vacation the next morning.
1200 miles later and after a day on the water ,yesterday morning on the way to gas up the boat at the marina I backed off the throttle (30 mph) going over a wake and the clean out port can out.
We hadn't checked since we left. Could it have slowly backed out and the backwash from reducing speed popped it out?
The good news is that was easily fixed, just don't know the cause.
On another note both our mid 30's sons were able to ropless the day before.
