My 07 sx230 bimini top could use a good cleaning. Especially on the inside. I believe it may be due to prior life in salt water environment. It appears to have stains that are light white and irregular shaped only on the inside of the bimini, underneath. I will take some pictures tonight when I get home.

Has anyone had any luck cleaning stains of this type?

Thanks
Mark

I use Renovo products on my cars soft top. I have been considering trying them on the Bimini which is in similar condition to yours.

This is the Renovo Cleaner http://www.amazon.com/Renovo-Soft-Canvas-Cleaner-Bottle/dp/B0009KMGYY

They also offer a Reviver that recolors and reconditions.

I have used both on the car and was very happy with the result. I would want to remove the bimini before using the Reviver.

I had some white stuff all over my black bimini. I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to remove the cloth from the frame so I disconnected it from the boat and someone "accidently" dropped it into the swimming pool at the motel we stay at by the river.

Well, it was either that or try and fit it in the shower...

Thank you will have to check it out. I did try a combination of bleach and dish soap in the fall but that didn't work. I think I found some kind of guide at the sunbrella website. I have to order some stuff from Amazon anyway will add this to the list.

Thanks!
Mark

That top is not sunbrella fabric on a 2007 230...it is Surelast. Here is what they say for cleaning...be sure to view the attached video.

Thanks @txav8r @Bruce I was not motivated with the ncaa tourney goimg on to take some pictures. Thanks for the video on Surelast.

303 Products have a fabric cleaner and a fabric guard that I use. The cleaner works great with a SOFT brush...something to consider...
