Cobra Ultimates what setting are you using?

Ladies and Gentlemen. I installed the ultimates on the SR210 last year and have been generally pleased with them. I had them set to rise up at speed and noticed quite a bit of extra steering effort when coming off plane when they start to deploy. I added the mega fangs this weekend and it helped a little with the steering effort, not quite the "power steering effect" that I was hoping for but I did change the fins to be deployed all the time. I emailed Jeff and he had me raise up the outside fins , so I did that yesterday but didn't get a chance to try them out like that. I love the one finger turning ability when the fins are out of the water, but that heavy steering is not pleasant. Just trying to get my cake and eat it too. Any advise would be appreciated.

permanent full down, I want immediate response all the time, if I have to give up a little wheel resistance (which I didn't even really notice or have forgotten about) I'm ok with it,
