Let's keep the tradition alive. (South Side of Biscayne National Park by Cutter Bank if Anchoring is prohibited at Elliot Key)

Will be stress free Regatta, there will be loud music, topless and unlimited raft up.

Rules: all boats must anchor wherever they want, with a maximum of 155 boats rafted together, and a minimum distance of 2 feet between rafts of vessels These special regulations are in effect from 12:01 am on Friday, October 11 through 11:59 pm on Monday, October 14, 2013.

Special Emphasis on Existing Regulations: Arrests Will Occur and will be enforced by the Topless Party Patrol!

All types of Business Operations are allowed...: Charters and the sales of food, drink, beads, etc. are not prohibited.
Commercial Advertising: Displaying advertising banners on vessels or aircraft are not prohibited.
Noise: Vessels with external speakers broadcasting excessively loud music will be rewarded (only music with 100db or more are allow, all small speakers must be off).

Time is running out to reserve rooms for this event. Ive checked several hotels in the Biscayne area, and they are already full. It looks like I will be riding my boat down the inter-coastal to the Biscayne Marriott, and dock my boat at the marina in front.

I just booked a room at the Biscayne Bay Mariott, and secured a slip at the marina behind it for $3.50 a foot. They also have non ethanol fuel available.
