I’m hoping this is helpful for future searchers. After looking everywhere and calling a handful of dealers, I was finally able to get the code to reset the boat model on my Connext display after replacing the display. My boat is a 2023 AR195 for reference.
The code to toggle the boat model on the Connext display is 0328.
