Covering 242 limited S with tower folded

Hi folks, just bought a 2016 242 limited S. It has the black Yamaha cover (deluxe I think). I need to fold the tower to get in my garage with the bimini folded toward windshield. Are these covers designed to cover in this position? I also found 4 support bars that are about a foot long with bolt holes, Are these to stabilize the tower and bimini?

Have the same question. Can you install the mooring cover with the tower folded either inside or outside of the cover?

The support bars are for transporting with the tower down so the strain is off the cables.
I have not used the cover with the tower folded- we store it inside with the tower down and leave the back part of the cover rolled up to the windshield

I use my cover on my lift with the tower down. Doesn't fit at well as the tower up, but it does its job. cover goes over the windshield and under the tower. But I don't have the permanent bimini, so not sure how that works.
