Cruise control not working

Great site and great community by the way. So I am. Pricing lately my cruise control is not working. Sometimes the no wake mode will work sometimes everything will work but most times no wake will work. Cruise + degrees is not working. Anyone else seen this. Don't care too much about cruise control. Just want to make sure it's not a bigger issue yet to come.

Was this all of a sudden or has it always acted like that? I know there are RPM ranges where these things work, for example, the cruise control I believe only works above 5k RPMs? Someone correct me if I have this wrong.

You are correct and it is over and fast enough but doesn't seem to engage. Weird.

And it DID work at one time? This is a change in how the boat is operating correct?
