dash vinyl supplier?

i am considering fabricating a gauge cluster out of FRP for a Perfect Pass and 2 voltmeters to sit between the dash and the window. i am having a hard time finding vinyl to wrap it that is lightweight/stretchable AND marine-grade. everything i turn up seems to be intended for seating (too thick). anything i find less thick, doesn't claim to be UV-resistant. anybody know where to look - maybe i'm just using the wrong search words? not looking for 3M film (sticker), but actual material like the OEM stuff.

that appears to be a vinyl wrap with a leather texture print - has a thickness of 160 microns (0.16mm).
