I so fu... happy!!!
I built a boat lift, bought a car scissor lift for cheap and repourposed one of the lift (it has two) as a boat lift, put a remote control on it and this weekend tested it with the 190 and worked wonderful!!

This is when I bought the lift:

In position in the dock at the lake, I had to built a raft to move it:

That's steel right? Or mixture of steel of the lift and aluminum for your add-ons? Or galvanized?

Is that salt water as well?

Nice work, I will be waiting for the second year report. Be happy you are not in our climate, that would be a tough one to pull out every fall and put in every spring.

The lift is steel and the add-ons are galvanized, it is a lake so not salt water, and there is a damp that release water in winter so april to september is almost dry, may be on winter I dissasemble the steel parts to galvanize them.
