Do I need to do oil change in Yamaha SX 230 HO?

Do I need to do spark plugs and oil change and in my 2007 Yamaha SX 230 HO?
I did only about 4 hours on engines this season. Thanks

It will be the best 100 dollars spent if you are winterizing, but yes, it will probably be okay to let it be until next season.
Check them again once season starts.

worst summer usage yet, I only put about 10 hours on my boat and wondering the same thing,

I will probably do oil since it's only $50 expense, I do spark plugs every other year only because of the history of #3 plug seizing and it's easier and less expensive to change the plugs than pull the head if it did get seized,

the real question is what are you doing with your fuel ??? We were in a similar situation. Picked a nice day and went out and cruised until the reserve light came on. Having 2 year old fuel is more of a headache that oil and spark plugs.
As far as barely used oil goes, I change my mortocyxle oil every 2 years. It gets about 100 miles and t bag oils comes out just like when I put it in. It hurts me but I do it anyway

I would not worry about it and leave it go until next year but do what you're comfortable with. There are going to be a lot of opinions about it either way. If you're fine with it then leave it till next year, if not and you are one to worry about what might happen, change it. It's all up to each individual to make their own decision.

Oil only needs to be changed when it gets dirty so no need to change the oil I found 50 to 60 hours is what I do and I change the filter also , One thing to be aware of is the oil filters rust, and then leak, so I would replace the filter next season before using the boat . As stated stale fuel is a bigger concern, some keep the tank full , others keep it empty. I solved the entire problem of winterization back in 1972 when I moved to FLORIDA after 20 cold years in Massachusetts.

Last year when I winterized the boat I added fuel stabilizer. This season I used only 1/2 fuel in the fuel tank. Should I add more fuel stabilizer and fill it up with new fuel?

At the very least I would add new fuel and new stabilizer ( for the 25 new gallons you will add). If I were you I would consider burned most of that left over fuel because by next summer 50% of your tank will be almost 2 years old.
If you have the ability I would consider taking the boat for a spin during winter. Or at least start up on the hose and let it run for 20 or 30 minutes
