Hi guys,

I have the Sugar Sand Tango, and noticed that when in the water with the engine running, the engine flush hose inlet port leaks water out, dribbling salty water down from the top of the engine, which definitely isn't great. Obviously water is only supposed to go in, not come back out from here.

Does anyone know what that part is called, where to source a replacement and how to fit it safely?

This is a screenshot from Crowley Marine showing the flush adapter parts. Looks like everything is still available. This is for my 03 240 but they should all be the same.

Thank you - I'll take a look

Hi Bilmon,

Thank you for the pointer. I've checked my engine bay, and the Crowley Marine site, and am wondering if I am missing some end pieces to this hose that may be causing the leak ? Here's what I have on hand (photos) vs what's shown on the Crowley site.

Can I just plug the end with like a regular garden hose adapter or something ?

Thanks !!!
