Engine Overtemp

2016 AR 190..125 hours.

Boat has been flawless until this last attempt at an engine flush. Long day on the water, came home to do the normal engine flush and could not get any water flow. There was a little bit of drip out of the exhaust but I suspect that was residual versus actual hose water. I've flushed the engine using this hose and attachment dozens of times so it is not a pressure thing. I got an engine overtemp after about 1 min or 2 at which point, I shut it all down.

I watched buckbucks cooling video so what would be the best way to check if water is flowing through the flush line?

@JetboatDrvr .....btw - if you now have an overheat engine code in your boat's engine management system a Yamaha tech can use their shop computer to erase it. You don't want to have an overheat code for such an insignificant event as you describe registered on your system, imo.
