I have a 2003 Yamaha 200 VMAX and it will run for a little bit and shut down and all it will do is crank and no start. I don’t hear the fuel pump come on so I take it home and have no power to the fuel pump wires. I let it sit for about 4-5 hours and pump comes in and started right up . Does anyone know what supplies power to the fuel pump or is there a relay ? Sound to me like something is getting hot and breaking down shutting the power off to the pump.

If it's the same as the boats there is a fuel relay inside the electrical box. Is it an MR-1 Engine?

Edit: wow, I was way off base. I thought this was a wave runner model. Sorry.
