The right engine on my Chaparral Vortex 203 jet boat often goes out of sync with the other 150hp engine. This happens most often at lower speeds but it did happen twice last week when I was towing a water skier. If I accelerate, the engines usually get back in sync but at times the engine dies.
I spoke to a mechanic at my dealer and he suggested replacing the spark plugs.
Has anyone had this problem and, if so, how did you resolve it?
