2019 210 FSH. Was out on Tampa Bay yesterday when I ran into engine trouble. Starboard engine wouldn’t start after being at anchor for about 2 hours while fishing. Engine would turn over but not fire. Checked swim platform hatch switches and lanyard. Nada. Port engine started fine. Checked all battery connections and tightened anything remotely loose. Nada. Made my way home in one engine (port) and ran at 6-7 mph at 6 rpms on port engine for about 1 hour. Port engine suddenly began running very rough. Shifted to neutral and engine stalled. Checked impeller and found it to be clean with no debris. Port engine would initiate a start and battery voltage would drop but nothing would turn over just a “thump” sound. More than a click expected from a dead battery or poor connection. Began task of contacting sea tow and meanwhile attempted to start starboard engine. Low and behold after holding ignition on for about 30 seconds she cranked up. Now ran remainder of 8 miles home on just starboard engine. Next day cleaned boat stem to stern including engines. Cranked port engine to flush and it cranked but ran rough. Gave a little throttle and it smoothed a little but still sounded rough. At higher rpms (greater than 4-5) motor was about to stall. Any ideas here? Seems to me I have multiple problems- possible electrical connection AND port engine drive. Did find an open connector aft of port engine. Picture attached.
