glad to have you on board,

how long have you owned your boat? where do you boat at?

I'm not familiar with the chaparral codes, maybe @Luc Lafreniere can help,

Generic error code PO300 - misfire related to spark
Generic error code PO222 - TPS related.

I believe boat/car code is related as both uses OBDII - boat forums have similar diagnostic. And lastly, google is your friend [flag]

i would check sparkplugs first for PO300, im not too mechanically inclined, I just do my own maintenance, the throttle positioning sensor PO222 I have no clue never experience fixing that. But sparkplug is a good start, I would also change the oil/filter (if you havent done so) and perform all maintenance before you go deep in troubleshooting.

NOTE: you probably should also note what happened when you start the boat? no start? cranking but not starting? etc Lots of savvy user in this forum that could probably assist you better than me.
