Well, after reading through just about every post on here, I closed on a 2015 215HO today. She has the twin 200hp engines and I can't wait to get her on the water. I went to the Chicago boat show with my mind made up on a Yamaha and after looking at both, bought a Scarab. Happy to be part of the family. Cheers!image.jpg image.jpg

Welcome aboard and congrats on the new boat.

Welcome and congrats on a beautiful new boat.....now if winter will just be OVER!

Congratulations! You and your family will love it. Great seeing the excitement in your kids eyes in the pics. What lakes will you be using the boat on?

We have a house on paw paw lake in Coloma, MI. The weeds aren't bad there and the water is pretty clean. I think she'll do well there. Anxious to get her in the water

Glad to have you on board
Make sure your first day out is good weather and uncrowded to learn how it handles

Thanks for the tip. Weather permitting, I'm set up to take delivery the weekend after Easter and the lake shouldn't be busy at all then. I currently own a wave runner and stern drive boat, so curious to see the similarities/differences on how the Scarab handles. From what I've read, it should be fun

Congratulations, and Welcome to the Scarab family!

Oh yes, I will be there once again! Such good memories there as a kid. Lots of crappie fishing and catfish. Oh, and snakes, lol! Thanks for reminding me since I kept thinking it was in Indiana somewhere.
