Seems the pumps are vulnerable to shorting out. Now I know when a ballast pump does not work, quickly look at the 'system' screen. Verify the shorted pump. Shut down boat. Hard reboot at battery switch. Then all is well and get on with surfing. I surf intermittently so can't speak to cause. As too many trips happen in between.
