Pearce, what you are describing sounds like it’s up on the Colorado arm, below Inks Lake dam. That area was hit pretty hard by water height and volume but not velocity lake the Llano side of the lake, which is where the 2900 bridge was washed out. I have seen very little in the way of pictures of BIG damage up on the Colorado arm but people are reporting lost boats, kayaks, skis, etc telling me the water came way up.

I would say 99% of the properties on the lake suffered some kinds of flood damage. Hundreds of boats have washed up somewhere along the lake miles down from where they started. For those that have never been to LBJ, a large majority of the 200 mile long shoreline is developed with houses at the water and fixed docks in the floodplain.
