Bought the boat with clean title but the seller has pass-through title and bill of sale on the boat. I was able to register and title the boat in my name but the trailer only came with a bill of sale from the seller. I bought a second, but trashed, Yamaha SX230 a week later that I am currently parting out, that has a great titled aluminum trailer so I'm selling this one to someone who doesn't need to register it or whose state doesn't title. Otherwise... My buddy gets it for his boat to use. I will show legal right of ownership and will provide a bill of sale to the buyer. Trailer is road safe and ready however. Bearings are smooth and grease seals are intact. Surge breaks worked very well with me towing the boat and trailer 91 miles last week from Houston to Lake Livingston.
I'll be driving up to get it this week and can take a high def video of it to upload to YouTube for any serious buyers.
