Hey guys need some help when I fill my boat up it leaks gas around one of the sending units it didn't do this before I pull them to check them . I have tried the blue gasket stuff it didn't work was wondering if any body had a better idea to keep it from leaking.

Thanks

Is it leaking around the fuel pump or fuel gauge sending unit? I believe the fuel pump gaskets are Yamaha only while the gauge sending unit gasket is pretty common and might be cheaper than sealant.

Here's a fuel pump seal on eBay that's about $14 with shipping. I'm sure your local dealer could order one too.

Look at this on eBay:

NEW OEM YAMAHA FUEL PUMP GASKET RHINO 700 FX VX CRUISER GP1300 F1B-67747-00-00

So I ordered two of the new gaskets put them in yesterday and it still leaks any ideas I'm lost lol

Scott, Look up Loctite products on google and choose the one for fuel. I have had great success with there products.
Papa

Thanks I bought some seal all haven't had a chance to take the boat out yet since I put it on hope to do so this weekend

I wonder if there's a crack in the top of the fuel pump.
