Only issue I see with you adding two speakers is you may want an additional amp. I'm running the m800 pushing the 8 JL 650's. I believe the stoltz stop I installed is the ultimate 4". I ordered from overtons for something like $35.
Yes, my tongue sits low. Been meaning to flip over my 2" drop receiver to see if it helps. My truck squats pretty bad because I have front lifted 2.5" with coilovers.

I also lifted front 2.5 and added airbags in the rear.... In my signature photo I have a 3" drop hitch on my truck.
I bought that before I took delivery of my boat, I figure since my truck sat higher I would need a drop hitch.... So wrong
To level out as you see in the photo I added 50lbs of air in the rear. I think is I get a strieght hitch I will be fine and take out some rear air.
Get some rear air bags in your truck that will elmate squat
