Nice! How much did it run you? Prices for window tinting are all over the place.... mine was $700.00. Had a shop refuse the job and one quoted me $1,800.

I agree. I had my windows tinted close to 10 years ago for $400. Afterwards he told me it was his first and last boat. Other shops either refused to do the job or gave me quotes for close to $1k. It’s the curve in the side windows that makes them hard to tint, few of any cars have such large curves / bends.

Yea he told me last time he would never do it again . So I was expecting him to tell me no this time . Yea the curve kicked his ass told me if it was anybody else he would have charged double lol . We been friends for over 30 years he has to Ted every vehicle i have ever had

Same thing here - any installer stops you in mid-sentence when you say you have a boat and asks if it has curved windows. Boom, suddenly it's a 1200 job. One of the reasons I was looking strongly at a 23 ZX Tige was the nice, flat windows.

More info on tint here the guy I used also does body wraps so he knows how to heat the tint and form into the radius . He did have three pieces of waste that he didn't like as it wrapped but was done in like an hour
