GR10BT - beeps but no music

The Clarion GR10BT that came with my 2018 210 FSH has stopped playing music from all input sources - USB/Bluetooth/AM/FM. The only sound I get from the speakers is the beeps that accompany any button pushes, but no music.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

I’m having the exact same problem!? Anyone know what the fix is??

I never had this issue with mine but here are the suggestion from the manual:

I have the exact same problem...any resolution? It worked fine a couple weeks ago before storing.

No idea what the real issue was, but my local Yamaha replaced it under the YES warranty.

Same issue, dealer dragging feet for the last couple weeks. I order the kmc4 head unit to put in its place.
